How It Works

Dispatch timeframes

We aim to dispatch most orders within 2-5 business days of receiving your order and payment. Please note we do not take orders and payments for items that are marked "Out of Stock" on checkout. Some products, like personalized and made to order pieces i.e Coco Bebi Line and items for pre-order have a longer dispatch time. Any special dispatch and/or delivery times will be specified on the product page.  

Express delivery is free Australia-wide on orders AU$120 and above.

For orders under AU$120, a $10.00 flat fee applies for standard shipping and AU$ 15 for express shipping. The estimated timeframe for standard delivery is 3-10 business days. The actual delivery speed will depend on where the item is being posted to. Shipping days do not include public holidays and weekends.

All estimates are for metro destinations – items sent to regional and rural locations will likely take longer.

This Returns Policy (Returns Policy) applies to all purchases made on our Website.

Change of mind requirements. If you have changed your mind about an item, we may offer a full refund, provided that all the following are met:

1. the request is made within 14 days of purchase;

2. that you provide satisfactory proof of purchase (upon request from All Things Precious);

3. the merchandise is in saleable condition (that is, the item is unworn or unused, with all original packaging or tags attached and where the products seal is not broken or tampered); and

4. the item is not an Excluded Goods as detailed below.

Excluded items: 

1. Hair Accessories (i.e. head bands, hair ties)

2. Earrings; and

3. Items marked on sale (i,e. discounted price) unless faulty.

Customer Returns and Refunds.

Customers returning items will get a full refund to original payment method.  Just ensure your return is sent back within the 14- day timeframe and meets all other returns criteria. Please note that we do not cover shipping cost for returning items. Hence, shipping costs for returns are to be shouldered by the buyer returning the product.

Refunds

If you are entitled to a refund, your refund will be returned in the same manner as the original payment method. For purchases made by credit or debit card, the cardholder and the same credit or debit card are required to process the refund as was originally used for the purchase. Please note that processing of refunds can take up to 7 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.​
